I love reading new quotes and hearing people's "Life Anthems". One of my favorite movies is P.S. I Love You and towards the end, Holly and her mother go for a walk. Holly's Mother tells her:
"So now, all alone or not, you gotta walk ahead. Thing to remember is if we're all alone, then we're all together in that, too."
I just think its such a great reminder to always keep your head up, no matter what life throws at you. The main goal is to just walk ahead and overcome.
